[03-03-2010] Following the consultation meeting held in Hanoi in January, the VBF Secretariat in collaboration with the MPI will hold a consultation workshop on the Draft Decree (version dated 24 Feb 2010) replacing Decree 108/2007/ND-CP on the implementation of the Law on Investment and the Draft Decree replacing Decree 139/2007 on the Law on Enterprises in Hochiminh City.

[13-01-2010] Here below is the Draft Decree replacing Decree 108 implementing the Law on Investment , which received from MPI. It is planned that the consultation on the new Decree is held within Q1 - 2010 and the new Decree will be submitted to the government for review by the end of Q1/beginning of Q2- 2010.
