RENEWING CERTIFICATES OF FREE SALES FOR GOODS
[02-03-2010] The Prime Minister has recently issued the Decision No. 10/2010/QD-TTg dated February 10, 2010, providing the granting of the certificate of free sales (CFS) for imports and exports, effective from May 1, 2010. Accordingly, domestically made products for export will be granted CFSs at the request of exporters and satisfy current standards. CFSs will be valid for two years.

HEALTH MINISTRY PLEDGES NO LACK OF TAMIFLU
[25-08-2009] The Ministry of Health has affirmed that there will be no shortage of Tamiflu for the treatment of A/H1N1 flu patients at State-run health establishments.
As many people have already bought Tamiflu for home use, Head of Health Ministry’s Department for Preventive Health and Environment Nguyen Huy Nga again cautioned that Tamiflu must be used following doctor’s prescription and is administered free-of-charge at State-run health establishments. |

P&P:AMENDMENT OF FORMS FOR REGISTRATION AND FINALIZATION OF PERSONAL INCOME TAX
[26-02-2010] The Ministry of Finance has issued Circular No. 20/2010/TT-BTC on February 05, 2010 guiding the amendment of and supplement to the procedures on personal income tax (PIT). Accordingly, various current forms for PIT declaration and finalization issued together with Circular No. 84/2008/TT-BTC dated September 30, 2008 shall be amended or replaced with new forms.

HCM CITY TO INVEST VND12T IN WATERWAY PROJECTS BY 2020
[09-02-2010] Ho Chi Minh City plans to invest VND12 trillion (US$649.3 million) in waterway projects from now to 2020, according to the municipal official.
Among these projects, two projects are given priority to implement in the 2010-2015 period including clearing waterway route liking to Saigon river with Dong Nai river and other route from Saigon river to Vam Co Dong river.
