NA TO PASS 2020 SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT RESOLUTION
The National Assembly will focus on law making and pass important resolutions especially the 2020 socio-economic development plan.
Specifically, the NA will listen to and discuss the draft Law on Public-Private Partnership, a draft law on amendment and supplement of the Law on Construction, draft laws on natural disaster prevention and dike (revised and amended), a draft law on reserve and conscripted forces, a draft law on amendment and supplement of Article 3 of the Law on Management and use of weapons, explosives and combat gears, a draft law on amendment and supplement of the Law on entry, exit, transit, and residence of foreigners in Viet Nam, a draft law on enterprises (revised), a draft law on amendment and supplement of some articles of the law on promulgation of legal documents, and a draft law on youth.
The NA will vote on important resolutions especially those on 2020 socio-economic development plan, state budget estimate for 2020, and central budget allocation for 2020.
In the fourth week sitting, the NA will discuss a report on fire prevention and fighting in the 2014-2018 period; a report on supplementary treaty to the 1985 treaty on boundary delimitation between Viet Nam and Cambodia, a feasible research report on Long Thanh international airport (First phase), a report on Ka Pet reservoir project in Ninh Thuan province, and a draft resolution on pilot for abolishment of the People’s Council at the district and ward level.
