Christmas Eve & Christmas Day Set Menu
On Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, from 6:00pm to 10:00pm, delight in a Christmas set menu of holiday favourites including a seafood platter of lobster, caviar, Fin de Claire oysters and Scottish salmon; US Turkey with selected gourmet accompaniments; and 12-hour cooked wagyu beef. New Year’s Eve Buffet
Join a spectacular celebration on 31st December 2019 from 7:00pm to welcome the New Year with a buffet feast. Enjoy sweeping views of the city and fireworks, live music until midnight and the extensive New Year’s Eve Buffet including a three-course set menu freshly prepared from the kitchen, as well as a free flow of sparkling wine, house wine and draught beer.
