[HCMC] AGM, ELECTION & CHRISTMAS DINNER

Please be informed that our HKBAV Annual General Meeting - Election and Christmas Dinner will take place on Wed. December 13, 2017 - 6:00 pm onwards at Renaissance Riverside Hotel Saigon, 8-15 Ton Duc Thang Street, District 1, HCMC. Free admission to all members registered BEFORE Dec 03, 2017.

Spousal member ticket: 1,000,000 VND
Member Registration after Dec 03, 2017: 1,200,000 VND
Non-member ticket: 1,200,000 VND

To participate in the election and to ensure smooth preparation, please complete the Chairperson Nomination Form & Gen Comm Member Nomination Form where applicable and return to our HKBAV Secretariat before Nov. 19, 2017 as per timeline legislated by the constitution.

There shall be neither update nor amendments to the constitution this year.  We will send out the nominee information pack to all members before the AGM to prepare for the election vote.
