WMC GROUP PRESENTS BRODARD GOURMET

The much beloved Brodard Bakery has been producing high-quality baked goods in Vietnam since 1948, and today it opens its flagship Brodard Gourmet on Saigon’s famed Dong Khoi Street. Brodard Gourmet will be managed by Windsor Property Management Group Corporation (WMC Group), a hospitality and property management company headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City.

Brodard Bakery was a pioneer of French baking techniques in Vietnam, and has long been regarded as the pinnacle of the craft in the country. For almost 70 years it has been the discerning choice for millions of satisfied customers.

The extensive menu of Brodard Gourmet features a wide selection of specialty breads such as ciabatta or dark rye, pastries including brioche and croissants, as well as cookies and cakes. There are also salads and sandwiches made-to-order that are perfect for a quick and tasty lunch. In addition, there is a range of coffees, specialty teas, juices, smoothies and a gelato selection of over 40 mouth-watering, homemade flavours.

Located in an adobe adjacent to the Times Square Building, Brodard Gourmet presents 44 seats in the interior that reflects its French roots, and expresses the ambiance of a traditional Parisian patisserie. As a special grand opening promotion, Brodard Gourmet will be offering 10% discount on all menu items until 16 December 2017.
