Sarah is a Canadian-trained lawyer registered with the Department of Justice in Vietnam with over 10 years of professional experience in legal services. Sarah has been based in Vietnam for approximately five years, working as an employment lawyer. She has expertise on contentious employment matters such as dismissals and the negotiation of separation agreements, as well as non-contentious matters such as the drafting of employment contracts, internal labour regulations, service agreements and consultancy agreements. Sarah also advises on employment issues in relation to global asset and share transactions.

Le Ngoc Thien Phuong, Indochina HR Head, Sanofi
Phuong has over 10 years of experience in HR and operations for large multinationals in the Asia Pacific region, such as AIG, DFS, and Nike. She also has an extensive network within the field of social compliance with Vietnamese governmental agencies and major international organizations such as International Labor Organization (ILO), World Bank and UNICEF.

With more than 20 years of experience in HR Services & Business Consultancy in Canada, Hong Kong, China, Thailand and Vietnam, Winnie has a solid international network and is being considered one of the leading experts in the Vietnam labor market.  Winnie is currently the COO of Colliers International in Vietnam and she is an active speaker in the region for HR and Operation subjects. Winnie is past president of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce Vietnam and has been the General Secretary to the Board for Hong Kong Business Association Vietnam since 2016.
