ASIA FORUM 2018

We are pleased to inform you that the Asia Forum will be held on 21-22 June 2018 in Selangor, Malaysia this year. Thanks to the full support of Hong Kong–Malaysia Business Association (HKMBA), an enriched programme has been devised as follows:
 
Day One - 21 June (Sponsored Programme)
11:30 – 14:30 Luncheon Talk at Dorsett Grand Subang
14:30 – 17:30 Asia Forum – Internal Meeting at Dorsett Grand Subang
18:30 – 21:30 Welcome Dinner at Canton-i, Sunway Pyramid hosted by Hong Kong–Malaysia Business Association (HKMBA)      

Day Two – 22 June (Self-financed Programme)
07:30 – 15:00 Golf Game at the Tropicana Golf & Country Club (USD170 per person)
OR
07:30 – 15:00 Visit Genting Premium Outlets (USD90 per person)     

Travel Arrangement:

1.   Hotel

SUNWAH GROUP that has offered to sponsor the participants of Asia Forum 2018 in cash $100usd/room/night for up to 2 person*. This event is Free Admission for all HKBAV Members while the cost for air ticket, accommodation etc. are at members’ own expenses.  

* Rules & Regulations:
1. There shall be $100usd/room/night for up to 02 persons. Maximum $200usd /2 nights/registration. This sponsorship is available on a first-come-first-served basis and HKBAV reserves the right to award the sponsorship.
2. You MUST show up at the event and sign attendance with HKBAV Executive Manager with your passport with landing slip and business card.
3. The reimbursement will be on a cash basis (VND only) and must be collected in person at HKBAV office after the event with proof of payment.

2. Air-ticket:

- All Heads/Nominated Heads or participating members are advised to book their air-ticket early. All tickets would be self-financed.
