BEYOND THE CLASSROOM: SUPPORTING YOUNG LEARNERS AT MAI LINH ETHNIC BOARDING HOUSE
Education is an important foundation for children to build confidence, develop their abilities and create opportunities for the future. With this in mind, the HKBAV Charity Committee is pleased to support Mai Linh Ethnic Boarding House through a textbook donation initiative for the 2026–2027 academic year.

Mai Linh Ethnic Boarding House provides accommodation and educational support for children from the J'rai and Bahnar ethnic communities. The centre currently cares for children from Grade 1 to Grade 9, including those who have lost one or both parents and those from families facing financial difficulties.

Beyond attending regular classes at public schools, the children receive additional academic support through afternoon lessons with hired teachers. The centre also provides activities in arts, life skills, character development and nutritional support to encourage their overall well-being and personal growth.
Recognising the importance of having sufficient learning resources, the HKBAV Charity Committee contributed 1,523 textbooks, with a total sponsorship amount of VND 18,834,985, to support 65 students from Grade 1 to Grade 9 during the 2026–2027 academic year.

This initiative aims to ensure that students have access to the textbooks they need throughout the school year, helping ease the financial burden on their families while allowing them to focus on their education.
HKBAV believes that every child deserves the opportunity to learn and reach their full potential. We are pleased to contribute to Mai Linh Ethnic Boarding House's efforts in nurturing and supporting children from disadvantaged communities, helping them build a stronger foundation for their future.
