CHINESE VISA CENTER – VISA APPLICATION PROCEDURE UPDATED

We are pleased to update you that the Chinese Visa Center and visa processing from 9 Sept., 2019 as below:
 
All applicants include Vietnamese or Foreigner, those who holding ordinary passports for Chinese/ Hong Kong / Macau visas/ entry-permits are kindly requested to apply at the Chinese Visa Application Service Center.  Online application and booking online is available through the centre website.
 
The Center will charge visa fees, express processing fees on behalf of Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in Ho Chi Minh. Additionally, the Center will charge application service fees of VND685,000 (~US$30) /normal visa and VND1,028,000 (~US$45)/ express visa (China only). Hong Kong Visa for HKBAV members - express processing service is available and fee is applicable.  Contact the HKBAV office for support.
 
Special noted: Authorized agents are allowed to submit on behalf of foreigner applicants as of immediately.  Mekong Tours, a HKBAV member is an authorized agent and can handle for an extra US$10.  Contact Mekong Tours at (84-28)2855 5101 / (84)932 828 203 or mekongvemaybay@gmail.com

Processing time:  

Chinese Visa: Regular - 4 working days ; Express - 3 working days
Hong Kong Visa: Regular - 5 working days ( Available for HKBAV members, contact the secretariat for details )

Notes: Holders of diplomatic or service passports, or those applying for diplomatic, courtesy, service visas are requested to apply directly at the Consular office of Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in Ho Chi Minh as usual. The Consular office of Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in Ho Chi Minh will continue to handle applications for notarization, legalization ,Chinese passports, and travel documents.
