EMPOWERING THROUGH EDUCATION: BRINGING LEARNING RESOURCES TO THIEN BINH ORPHANAGE

A supportive learning environment begins with access to the right educational resources. As part of its ongoing commitment to community development, the HKBAV Charity Committee has supported Thien Binh Orphanage Social Welfare Centre with a textbook and workbook donation project for the 2026–2027 academic year.

Operating under Caritas of Xuan Loc Diocese and officially licensed in April 2009, Thien Binh provides care and shelter for orphaned children, elderly people living alone and individuals with disabilities who lack family support.

The centre currently supports children and young people pursuing education at different levels, from kindergarten and primary school to secondary school, high school, university and vocational training. For many of these students, access to essential educational materials is an important part of continuing their studies.

To help meet this need, the HKBAV Charity Committee sponsored 244 textbooks and workbooks, with a total contribution of VND 23,546,320. The project aims to support 111 students during the 2026–2027 academic year, helping ensure they have the necessary materials for their learning while reducing the financial burden on the centre.

Through this initiative, HKBAV hopes to contribute to a more supportive educational environment for children and young people at Thien Binh, encouraging them to continue learning and pursuing their aspirations.

HKBAV believes that meaningful community support goes beyond immediate assistance. By investing in education and providing essential learning resources, we hope to help create more opportunities for those who need them most.
