HKBAV ORDINARY MEMBERSHIP ANNOUNCEMENT TO ASSOCIATE MEMBERS

The issue has been passed by over two thirds majority of Ordinary Members presented at the event.

Hence, we’ll amend our Constitution as mentioned and from now on THE ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP WILL AUTOMATICALLY BECOME “ORDINARY MEMBERSHIP” WITH FULL VOTING RIGHT, except if Members would choose for “Associate Membership”.

Please only indicate to our HKBAV Secretariat before Dec. 15th, 2006 if you wish to remain the current Associate Membership.

根據本會上次通訊內容提及進一步開放商會議案；以擴展商會網絡及增進會員間的互動關係，開拓商會新的發展路向一事。

商會特此向各會員報告，有關議案經已於十一月廿二日會員大會上提出並獲得超過三份之二出席是晚大會普通會員的票數通過。

因此，本會將會修改會章；閣下之會籍將會自動成為〝普通會籍〞擁有投票及被投票權利。閣下亦可選擇以〝伙伴會籍〞名義加入除外。

若閣下欲保留現時伙伴會籍不作更改，請於2006年12月15日前與本會秘書處聯繫。謝謝！
