HKBAV SIGNS MOU WITH HONG KONG OVERSEAS COMMERCE EXPANSION ASSOCIATION
On September12, 2025, Ms. Winnie Lam, Honorary Secretary of HKBAV, and Mr. Daniel Chan, Youth Committee Member – Southern Vietnam, represented the Hong Kong Business Association Vietnam (HKBAV) at the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Signing Ceremony between HKBAV and the Hong Kong Overseas Commerce Expansion Association (OCEAAN).
The signing took place at the “Seizing Opportunities in ASEAN 2025” event in Hong Kong, organized by OCEAAN and supported by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), HKBAV, and the Thai – Hong Kong Trade Association.
The ceremony was witnessed by the Consulate General of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in Hong Kong and the Royal Thai Consulate-General, Hong Kong.
This MOU marks a step forward in strengthening business cooperation, fostering regional partnerships, and creating more opportunities for enterprises across Hong Kong, Vietnam, and ASEAN.

On behalf of the Hong Kong Business Association Vietnam (HKBAV), we are delighted to acknowledge the appointment of Ms. Kelly Tsang, Area Head for Cambodia, Thailand and Vietnam, as the official representative of Cathay Pacific to HKBAV. HKBAV WELCOMES NEW GENERAL COMMITTEE MEMBER – MR. WU LIN
The Hong Kong Business Association Vietnam (HKBAV) is pleased to welcome Mr. Wu Lin, Deputy General Manager of Bank of China (Hong Kong) Ho Chi Minh City Branch, as a new member of our General Committee Board. Mr. Wu has over 30 years of experience in the banking and financial industry. He joined the Bank of China (BOC) in 1994 and has held several senior management roles across China, Thailand, and Vietnam.
