HKBAV WELCOMES CATHAY PACIFIC’S NEW OFFICIAL REPRESENTATIVE — MS. KELLY TSANG

On behalf of the Hong Kong Business Association Vietnam (HKBAV), we are delighted to acknowledge the appointment of Ms. Kelly Tsang, Area Head for Cambodia, Thailand and Vietnam, as the official representative of Cathay Pacific to HKBAV.

Ms. Tsang joined the Swire Management Programme in 2016 and has since taken on diverse leadership roles within Cathay. Her experience spans developing airport premium service strategies, managing lounges across more than 80 destinations worldwide, delivering customer insights, and leading learning programmes for customer-facing teams. Prior to her current role, she served as Country Manager, Thailand.
