HKBAV WELCOMES NEW GENERAL COMMITTEE MEMBER – MR. WU LIN

The Hong Kong Business Association Vietnam (HKBAV) is pleased to welcome Mr. Wu Lin, Deputy General Manager of Bank of China (Hong Kong) Ho Chi Minh City Branch, as a new member of our General Committee Board.

Mr. Wu has over 30 years of experience in the banking and financial industry. He joined the Bank of China (BOC) in 1994 and has held several senior management roles across China, Thailand, and Vietnam. His previous positions include:
• Deputy General Manager, Financial Institution Department, BOC Shandong Branch (2005–2012)
• Branch Manager, BOC Shandong Dezhou Branch (2012–2016)
• Director and Executive Vice President, Bank of China (Thai) Limited (2016–2024)

After spending over eight years in Thailand, Mr. Wu relocated to Vietnam to oversee both corporate banking business and retail banking business at the Bank of China (Hong Kong) Ho Chi Minh City Branch.

Mr. Wu holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics (Business Management) from Nanjing University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (Finance) from City University of London (UK).

We are honored to have Mr. Wu Lin join the HKBAV General Committee and look forward to his insights and contributions to strengthening our Association and the Hong Kong–Vietnam business community.
