On behalf of the Hong Kong Business Association Vietnam (HKBAV), we are delighted to acknowledge the appointment of Ms. Kelly Tsang, Area Head for Cambodia, Thailand and Vietnam, as the official representative of Cathay Pacific to HKBAV. The Hong Kong Business Association Vietnam (HKBAV) is pleased to welcome Mr. Wu Lin, Deputy General Manager of Bank of China (Hong Kong) Ho Chi Minh City Branch, as a new member of our General Committee Board. Mr. Wu has over 30 years of experience in the banking and financial industry. He joined the Bank of China (BOC) in 1994 and has held several senior management roles across China, Thailand, and Vietnam.

HKBAV SIGNS MOU WITH HONG KONG OVERSEAS COMMERCE EXPANSION ASSOCIATION
On September 12, 2025, Ms. Winnie Lam, Honorary Secretary of HKBAV, and Mr. Daniel Chan, Youth Committee Member – Southern Vietnam, represented the Hong Kong Business Association Vietnam (HKBAV) at the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Signing Ceremony between HKBAV and the Hong Kong Overseas Commerce Expansion Association (OCEAAN).
