HONG KONG DELEGATION TO VIETNAM ON MARCH 21ST 2018
We are pleased to inform you that Hong Kong Trade & Development Council (“HKTDC”) will welcome Hong Kong’s Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development, Mr. Edward Yau Tang-Wah and Secretary for Financial Services and Treasury Mr. James Lau Jr together with a high level delegation to Vietnam from 20th - 23rd March 2018. Realizing the advantages brought by the ASEAN-Hong Kong FTA, the delegation aims to study Vietnam as a market for further investment. The delegation comprises of manufacturers and professional services, which includes banking, fund management, engineering, legal, accounting and others (the tentative delegate list and 2 secretaries’ CV are enclosed FYR).
To enable the delegates to have a comprehensive understanding of opportunities available here in Vietnam. HKBAV would like to invite our members to join this event.

HKBAV WELCOMES CATHAY PACIFIC’S NEW OFFICIAL REPRESENTATIVE — MS. KELLY TSANG
On behalf of the Hong Kong Business Association Vietnam (HKBAV), we are delighted to acknowledge the appointment of Ms. Kelly Tsang, Area Head for Cambodia, Thailand and Vietnam, as the official representative of Cathay Pacific to HKBAV. Ms. Tsang joined the Swire Management Programme in 2016 and has since taken on diverse leadership roles within Cathay.

HKBAV WELCOMES NEW GENERAL COMMITTEE MEMBER – MR. WU LIN
The Hong Kong Business Association Vietnam (HKBAV) is pleased to welcome Mr. Wu Lin, Deputy General Manager of Bank of China (Hong Kong) Ho Chi Minh City Branch, as a new member of our General Committee Board. Mr. Wu has over 30 years of experience in the banking and financial industry. He joined the Bank of China (BOC) in 1994 and has held several senior management roles across China, Thailand, and Vietnam.
