OPENING DOORS TO EDUCATION: SUPPORTING YOUNG LEARNERS AT TAN SON NHI CHARITY SCHOOL

Access to quality education can open doors to a brighter future. Recognising the importance of providing children with the resources they need to learn and grow, the HKBAV Charity Committee has supported Tan Son Nhi Charity School through a textbook donation project for the 2026–2027 academic year.

Established in 2009, Tan Son Nhi Charity School provides educational opportunities for children from disadvantaged backgrounds, welcoming approximately 250 students each year, from Grade 1 to Grade 5. Many of these children face significant economic and family challenges that can affect their access to education.

Beyond the standard curriculum prescribed by the Ministry of Education and Training, the school also offers additional subjects, creative activities and life skills education to encourage students' all-round development. It also provides learning opportunities for caregivers and families, helping them develop parenting skills and better support the children's growth and well-being.

For the 2026–2027 academic year, the HKBAV Charity Committee contributed 3,585 textbooks, with a total sponsorship amount of VND 68,941,500, benefiting 230 students from Grade 1 to Grade 5.

This support aims to ensure that students have the essential learning materials to participate more effectively in their studies while easing the financial burden on families facing difficult circumstances.

HKBAV believes that every child deserves the opportunity to learn and develop their potential, regardless of their background. Through initiatives like this, the HKBAV Charity Committee hopes to make education more accessible and contribute to a stronger foundation for the next generation.
