PLEASE DO NOT BREAK THE RULE !
People from below cases who fail to comply with the rules on quarantine regulations or COVID-19 prevention and control works will face criminal offense:

1) Those who have been infected or returned from COVID-19 outbreak areas with quarantined requirement, commit one of the following acts (Escaping from quarantine areas; Failure to comply with quarantine regulations; Refuse, evade isolation measures; None, incomplete or incorrect medical declarations) that spread disease to others
2) Those who have not been infected by COVID-19 but live in the officially isolated, lockdown area, commit one of the following acts (Escaping from isolated, lockdown areas; Failure to comply with quarantine regulations; Refuse, evade isolation measures; None, incomplete or incorrect medical declarations) that cause damage of VND 100 million or more for anti-epidemic cost.
3) Those who spread fake news about COVID-19
4) Those who have spread personal, private information, seriously offended against healthcare workers, anti-epidemic workers, COVID-19 patients, or people with suspected infected.
5) Those who take advantages of the epidemic to misinform on the use of drugs and medical supplies used in the anti-epidemic to deceive others.
6) Those who have aimed to illegally bring medicine and medical supplies used in the anti-epidemic out of national borders in order to gain illicit profits
7) Those who take advantages of scarcity or create the artificial scarcity in epidemic situation to profiteer from goods that have price stabilization by authorities.
8) Those who commit acts of violence or violently threaten to resist persons in the performance of their official duties in COVID-19 fight.

The Hong Kong Business Association Vietnam (HKBAV) is pleased to welcome Mr. Wu Lin, Deputy General Manager of Bank of China (Hong Kong) Ho Chi Minh City Branch, as a new member of our General Committee Board. Mr. Wu has over 30 years of experience in the banking and financial industry.
