RECRUITING NEW CANDIDATES FOR CHARITY COMMITTEE FOR THE TERM 2020 & 2021

We are glad to express our greatest gratitude to HKBAV Charity Committee Members term 2018 & 2019 for their support and contribution.

Please be informed that we are starting to recruit new candidates for our Charity Committee to serve for the term 2020 & 2021. We welcome member who has a willing heart to help. You will be required to attend 4 to 6 meetings in a calendar year to review initiatives and “Request for Grant” documents for due diligence before making a recommendation to the Gen Comm. for funds.  You will also participate in the evaluation of projects completed for the proper reporting to the members annually.  If you would like to join us in the Charity Committee as a volunteer, please kindly revert on this email before EOB Tuesday, Dec 31, 2019.  

Upon getting all the self-nomination, the Gen Comm. will have a discussion and contact the interested parties for a discussion for commitment. The first Charity Committee Meeting shall be in Jan 2020.
