REQUEST COMMENTS ON THE DRAFT DECREE OF REVISED LAW ON VAT AND CORPORATE INCOME TAX
As the Drafts are intended for the submission to the Government in September/October, your prompt comments are needed for MOF to review. Therefore kindly send your comments by Sept 8, 2008 to the leaders of the Tax Sub-group Mr. Tom Mcclelland at tom.mcclelland@vn.ey.com and Ms. Dinh Quynh Van at dinh.quynh.van@vn.pwc.com, with a Cc to VBF Secretariat at Panh1@ifc.org.
The comments will then be consolidated and sent to MOF. Also please advise whether the VBF secretariat should arrange a meeting with MOF to discuss the comments in details or written comments suffice. Sorry for no English version available.

Mr. Wu has over 30 years of experience in the banking and financial industry. He joined the Bank of China (BOC) in 1994 and has held several senior management roles across China, Thailand, and Vietnam.
