Given the importance of this draft Resolution, we do hope that you will have a close look at the Draft and provide your comments to the Drafting Team in advance so as they are well prepared for the discussion on Friday Sept. 12, 2008

HKBAV WELCOMES NEW GENERAL COMMITTEE MEMBER – MR. WU LIN
The Hong Kong Business Association Vietnam (HKBAV) is pleased to welcome Mr. Wu Lin, Deputy General Manager of Bank of China (Hong Kong) Ho Chi Minh City Branch, as a new member of our General Committee Board. Mr. Wu has over 30 years of experience in the banking and financial industry. He joined the Bank of China (BOC) in 1994 and has held several senior management roles across China, Thailand, and Vietnam.
