REQUEST COMMENTS ON THE TELECOM DRAFT DECREE
Once approved, the Law will replace current regulations on telecoms governed under the Ordinance on Post & Telecom 2002.
In this regards, the VBF Secretariat would appreciate your thorough review of the draft and should you have any written comments or recommendations, kindly send to Ms. Pham Lien Anh - VBF Coordinator at Panh1@ifc.org & Lha1@ifc.org with a copy to HKBAV office at gen.comm@HKBAV.org by 15 March 2009
For your reference, the VBF community used to submit its comments on the Draft Decree on Investment Activities into Post & Telecom Sector - Telecom Part to the Ministry in April 2008.

The Hong Kong Business Association Vietnam (HKBAV) is pleased to welcome Mr. Wu Lin, Deputy General Manager of Bank of China (Hong Kong) Ho Chi Minh City Branch, as a new member of our General Committee Board. Mr. Wu has over 30 years of experience in the banking and financial industry. He joined the Bank of China (BOC) in 1994 and has held several senior management roles across China, Thailand, and Vietnam.
