SingCham members and partners are invited to join an exclusive field trip to explore Phu Tho, one of Northern Vietnam’s key industrial zones. This visit offers valuable insights into Vietnam’s fast-growing manufacturing landscape, while also creating opportunities for knowledge exchange and networking.

• Location: CNCTech – F1-2-3 Thang Long Vinh Phuc IP, Binh Nguyen, Phu Tho, Vietnam.

Tentative Program

• 8:30 – 9:30: Departure from Hanoi to CNCTech Industrial – Vinh Phuc, Phu Tho
• 9:30 – 10:00: Welcome by CNCTech and SingCham

o Introduction of CNCTech (Manufacturing, Industrial and Logistics)
o The rise of Ready-Built Factories (RBFs) – shaping new demand in manufacturing
o Case studies: Green building practices in CNC Industrial projects

• 10:00 – 10:20: Factory Tour: Exploring CNCTech’s production processes, featuring Machining, Plastic & Mold, and Sheet Metal services.
• 10:20 – 11:45: Site Visit – On ground experience at CNCTech Industrial development (Ba Thien 1, Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park)
• 11:45 onwards: Wrap-up & Networking lunch
