THE 26TH HONG KONG FORUM

The Hong Kong Forum is the annual flagship event of the Federation of Hong Kong Business Associations Worldwide, a unique network of 49 Hong Kong Business Associations in 38 countries and regions with close to 11,000 individual business executives and professionals from around the world as member associates.

Every year, members of the Federation gather in Hong Kong for a two-day forum. This event provides attendees with the latest insights and information on doing business in Hong Kong and Mainland China. The programme includes keynote speeches, panel discussions, networking sessions and opportunities for face-to-face interaction with senior executives from Hong Kong and around the world. Additionally, member associates have the chance to participate in a visit programme to learn about the latest developments in the city’s infrastructure and business landscape.

OPTIONAL SIDE TRIP TO GBA
Date: Dec 05 – 06, 2024 (Thu – Fri)

The Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) comprises the two Special Administrative Regions of Hong Kong and Macao, and the nine cities in Guangdong including Foshan.

The GBA is a key strategic blueprint in Mainland China's development, having great significance in the country's implementation of innovation-driven development and commitment to reform and opening-up.

Foshan, located on the west bank of the Pearl River, is a leading GBA manufacturing base known for home appliances, ceramics, furniture and advanced equipment. Together with Guangzhou, it forms the Guangzhou–Foshan metropolitan circle and serves as a key node for digital transformation and high-quality growth across new-generation information technology, high-end equipment manufacturing, new energy and biomedicine. As the Lingnan cultural heartland, Foshan’s heritage in ceramics, Cantonese opera, martial arts and folk arts adds a distinctive cultural dimension that fosters meaningful industry collaboration and innovation.
