FOREIGN INVESTMENT IN PROPERTY RISES
[16-12-2015] Foreign companies registered a total of US$2.32 billion for 29 new and 10 operational property projects nationwide in January-November, US $1 billion higher than the same period last year, according to the Foreign Investment Agency.
LOCAL PROPERTY MARKET CONTINUES STRONG RECOVERY IN NOVEMBER
[07-12-2015] The domestic real estate market continued its recovery in November, and conditions are expected to last into the new year, experts said. The Housing and Real Estate Market Management Department under the Ministry of Construction reported that the Ha Noi property market in November gained a year-on-year increase of 11 per cent with 1,550 successful business transactions.
CBRE: LUXURY APARTMENT SUPPLY SURGES
[04-12-2015] Supply of high-end apartments in Vietnam has grown sharply in recent years but that of condos for low- and medium-income earners has contracted despite huge demand, according to property services provider CB Richard Ellis Vietnam (CBRE). CBRE provided figures about apartment supplies in different segments at a seminar on the domestic property market and opportunities for real estate stocks organized by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) on Monday.

OFFICE-TELS TIPPED TO TOP HCMC MARKET
[17-11-2015] Office-tel developments, which combine residential and commercial uses in one apartment, are mushrooming in HCM City and are expected to lead the market in future. Le Hoang Chau, chairman of the HCM City Real Estate Association, said many developers were now investing in office-tel projects unlike a few years ago, indicating the segment's popularity.
