POLICY CREDIT INCREASES 6.3 PER CENT IN FIRST HALF OF 2021
As policy credit increased 6.3 per cent in the first half of 2021, Vietnam Bank for Social Policies (VBSP) is committed to harmonising distribution resources for the effective implementation of policy credit programmes.
PASSPORTS WITH MICROCHIP TO BE ISSUED IN AUGUST
From August 14, 2021, citizens can choose to apply for passports with or without electronic chip, according to Circular 73/2021/TT-BCA of the Ministry of Public Security on passport specimens.

THIS YEAR'S GDP GROWTH TARGET REMAINS UNCHANGED: PM
The Government agreed that the GDP growth target for this year remains unchanged, said Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh.
Concluding the Cabinet meeting on Thursday, Pham said the Government agreed with the two economic growth scenarios envisaged by the Ministry of Planning and Investment.
