With COVID-19 raging, the Regent Garment Factory Ltd., a subsidiary of Hong Kong (China)’s Crystal International Group Limited, still submitted a request to the northern province of Hai Duong to open a new 35 million USD garment factory in the locality. The request was approved last week.

The Government announced today it will specify Cambodia, Thailand and Vietnam as high-risk specified places with effect from June 4. The boarding and quarantine requirements for people arriving from these places will be adjusted.

The apps in question are the Vietnam Health Declaration app along with tokhaiyte.vn, the Bluezone app and the NCOVI app. Among other functions, these help users make medical declarations, record close contacts between app users and record instances of them having been to public locations.
