Although the Covid-19 pandemic has hit Vietnam’s real estate market hard, the demand for investment and real estate ownership is still high, promising a rapid recovery for the whole market in the future.

As the COVID-19 pandemic still remains complicated around the world, Viet Nam will continue strict border control to prevent importation of new case as a premise for easing domestic restrictions in favor of reopening the economy, according to National Steering Committee.

Statistics showed Việt Nam's textile and garment exports in April decreased by 20 per cent compared to March, Trương Văn Cẩm, vice chairman of the Việt Nam Textile and Apparel Association (Vitas), said at an online seminar held by the association on Monday.
