CAFÉ CENTRAL COMES TO PASTEUR STREET
Ho Chi Minh City, 11th January 2019 - Café Central Pasteur has officially opened its doors on one of the city’s most iconic streets in District 3. Located at 202 Pasteur, opposite to Sherwood Residence, the stylish venue has a seating capacity of 220 with 40 seats outdoors and three private VIP dining rooms. It features the use of exposed brick, timber and copper touches to create a warm and inviting environment, perfect for a leisurely lunch with friends or a formal business dinner.
The restaurant is open every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and also boasts an extensive drink list with everything from espresso coffee, specialty teas and fresh fruit smoothies to wines and cocktails.
With a talented and creative team of chefs inspired by fresh ingredients and desire to create a great culinary experience, some of the delightful dishes on the restaurant’s menu include focaccia bread with a choice of spreads and dips, chili chicken, smoked sausage, seafood pomelo salad, crab soup, oxtail soup, fusilli, seafood linguine; duck noodles, tortilla wrap, US beef burger, grilled US skirt steak, pork ribs, pork knuckle, Bak Kut Teh, Hoi An chicken rice, Nasi goring, and the ‘Volcano’, a delicious hot chocolate lava cake, served with fresh fruit and coconut gelato.
Café Central Pasteur is operated by Windsor Property Management Group Corporation (WMC Group), a leading hospitality and property services management company headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City. The company's diverse management portfolio includes hotels, serviced apartments, offices, restaurants, and commercial shopping centres.
Mr. James Young, Vice President Resource Planning and Development of WMC Group said the establishment of Café Central Pasteur was a natural extension of a brand that has been a firm favourite for many years.
