Ho Chi Minh City, 11st April, 2025
Prepare for an extraordinary gastronomic event as two masters of Cantonese cuisine unite! Michelin-starred luminaries Chef Siu Hin Chi of the esteemed two-Michelin-starred Ying Jee Club (Hong Kong) and Chef Wong Fu Keung of the one-Michelin-starred Long Triều at The Reverie Saigon join forces to present an exclusive dining experience.

The ‘Regal Quintessence - The Triple Michelin Star Dinner’ menu is a carefully curated masterpiece, showcasing five courses: Honey-glazed Barbecued Pork - Deep-fried 6-heads Abalone with Salt Pepper - Chilled Assorted Mushrooms with Hot and Sour Sauce, Braised Crab Claw with Shark Fin in Winter Melon, Two Kinds of Lobster Delight, Slow-cooked Beef Cheek with Golden Garlic, Double-stir-fried Hong Kong Choy Sum, Braised Japanese Kanto Sea Cucumber in Abalone Sauce with Japanese Rice, culminating in two divine desserts.
