ROUTES BANNED FROM TRAFFIC IN HO CHI MINH CITY ON APRIL 22, 25, 27 AND 30

On April 21, the Traffic Police Department of Ho Chi Minh City Police said that in order to ensure security, order, traffic safety and order to serve the organization of State-level General Training and Pre- approve, State-level General Approve and officially celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day, many roads in the city center will be closed to traffic.
Accordingly, areas and routes will prohibit people and vehicles from circulating; prohibit parking and limit traffic as follows:
Ba Son Bridge, from Thu Duc City to District 1 (starting from the D6 + R12 Intersection).
Nguyen Binh Khiem Street (section adjacent to Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street to Nguyen Huu Canh).
Dinh Tien Hoang Street (section adjacent to Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street to Le Duan).
Ton Duc Thang Street (from Le Duan Street to the turning point in front of 37 Ton Duc Thang).
Mac Dinh Chi Street (from Tran Cao Van Street to Nguyen Du).
Hai Ba Trung Street (from bordering Vo Van Tan Street to bordering Ly Tu Trong).
Pham Ngoc Thach Street (from the roundabout of Conua Lake to Nha Tho Duc Ba).
Pasteur Street (from bordering Vo Van Tan Street to bordering Ly Tu Trong).
Nam Ky Khoi Nghia Street (from bordering Vo Van Tan Street to bordering Ly Tu Trong).
Truong Dinh Street (from bordering Vo Van Tan Street to bordering Ly Tu Trong).
Nguyen Du Street (from Ton Duc Thang Street to the 8th Revolution Road).
Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street (from Nguyen Binh Khiem Street to the 8th Revolution border).

The time of ban and restriction of traffic is as follows:
The second training session on April 22, 2025: Prohibiting vehicles from circulation, stopping and parking from 5:30 p.m. on April 22 to 1:00 a.m. on April 23, 2025.
State-level Pre-approvals Day, April 25, 2025 (Saturday Security Day, April 26, 2025): Prohibiting vehicles from circulation, stopping and parking from 5:30 p.m. on April 25, 2025 to 1:00 a.m. on April 26, 2025 (the same ban period if Pre-approvals on the reserve day).
State-level General approval day, April 27, 2025 (pre-emptive Monday, April 28, 2025): Prohibiting vehicles from circulation, stopping and parking from 3:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on April 27, 2025 (same ban time frame if General approval is on the reserve day).
Official celebration day, April 30, 2025: No vehicles are allowed to circulate, stopping parking from 3:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on April 30, 2025.
The Traffic Police Department of Ho Chi Minh City Police noted that during the above periods, only individuals and organizations allowed to walk to their homes and hotels for accommodation, and officers and employees working urgently at agencies and units are allowed to travel the correct route to the proven location in the area with limited traffic.
In the above cases, people need to bring identification documents to prove (identity, passport ...) or contact the ward police in charge of the residence area to be supported the plan to enter the security restricted area under the guidance of the force to ensure security and order (the vehicle is not allowed to be put into the area that has established security and security, therefore, the vehicle has been proactive.

Route 2: Vo Nguyen Giap - Mai Chi Tho - Saigon River crossing tunnel - Vo Van Kiet - Tran Dinh Xu (or Nguyen Van Cu) - Tran Hung Dao - Nguyen Van Cu - Ly Thai To - 3 February - to District 10, Tan Binh.
Route 3: Vo Nguyen Giap - Saigon Bridge - Dien Bien Phu - Dinh Tien Hoang - Vo Thi Sau - 3 February.
Route 4: Vo Nguyen Giap - Saigon Bridge - Dien Bien Phu - Hang Xanh Roundabout - Bach Dang - Phan Dang Luu - Hoang Van Thu - Phan Dinh Giot - Truong Son.
Route 5: Vo Nguyen Giap - Vo Van Ngan - To Ngoc Van - Pham Van Dong - Hong Ha - Truong Son - go to Tan Son Nhat airport or continue Truong Son - Hoang Van Thu - Xuan Hong - Xuan Dieu - Truong Chinh - Ly Thuong Kiet - Lac Long Quan - continue in the following directions.
Mobility from Binh Thanh District to Districts 10, 11, 12, Cu Chi District, Hoc Mon
Route 1: Dien Bien Phu - Dinh Tien Hoang - Vo Thi Sau - Nam Ky Khoi Nghia or Dan Chu Construction Round - 3 Months 2.
Route 2: Dien Bien Phu - Xo Viet Nghe Tinh - Bach Dang - Phan Dang Luu - Hoang Van Thu - Lang Cha Ca Roundabout - go in different directions.
The direction of travel from Cu Chi district, District 12, Tan Binh to Binh Thanh district, Districts 4, 6, 7, 10, Nha Be district, Can Gio, Thu Duc city:
Route 1: Le Quang Dao - turn right Le Duc Anh or turn left Do Muoi - go in different directions
Route 2: Le Quang Dao - Truong Chinh - Cong Hoa - Hoang Van Thu - Nguyen Van Troi - Nam Ky Khoi Nghia - Vo Thi Sau - 3 February.
Route 3: Le Quang Dao - Truong Chinh - August Revolution - Dan Chu vong - 3 Thang 2 - Ly Thai To - Nguyen Van Cu - Nguyen Van Cu Bridge - Duong Ba Trac - Him Lam Bridge - to District 4, 7, Nha Be District, Can Gio.

Route 2: Nguyen Van Linh - Nguyen Huu Tho - Nguyen Thi Thap - Him Lam Bridge - Kenh Xang Bridge - Duong Ba Trac - Nguyen Van Cu - Ly Thai To - Ngao Loung 7 - 3 February - Dan Chu Loung - August Revolution - Xuan Dieu - Xuan Hong - Truong Chinh - Le Quang Dao.

PM ORDERS STRONGER EXPORT DRIVE IN 2026

HUNG YEN PROPOSES US$18-BILLION FREE ECONOMIC ZONE
The northern province of Hung Yen has proposed developing a free economic zone (FEZ) on over 60,000 hectares at an estimated cost of US$18 billion. According to the proposal to be submmited to the central Government, the Hung Yen FEZ will be developed as a strategic hub for high-tech manufacturing, new energy, and advanced logistics based on the operational 30,583-hectare Thai Binh economic zone.

HCMC TO INVEST VND1.6 TRILLION IN CAN GIO ECOTOURISM
The HCMC People’s Committee has approved a VND1.6-trillion plan to develop ecotourism, resort tourism, and entertainment services in the Can Gio protected forest. The project, which covers 34,800 hectares, of which 93.31% is forested, is intended to promote sustainable tourism and preserve the local ecosystem. Under the plan, development activities must comply with regulations in line with national and sectoral planning as well as the city’s socio-economic development goals.
