THE REVERIE BOUTIQUE – SAIGON’S FINEST ARTISANAL PASTRIES AND DESSERTS
The Reverie Saigon is continuing its tradition of culinary excellence with the unveiling of The Reverie Boutique, formerly The Deli, with an elevated look and extensive menu of decadently delicious cakes, pastries and sweets created by new Executive Pastry Chef Lucien Gautier and his highly-skilled team.
Chef Gautier began his career in 2002, and has worked at world-renowned venues including Hotel Plaza Athénée and Four Seasons Hotel George V in Paris, and The Peninsula Shanghai in China.
Along with the chocolates and other freshly-baked treats - all made in house - The Reverie Boutique will continue to offer flavoursome breakfast and lunch options made with fresh, local and imported ingredients, as well as high-quality coffee, tea and cold refreshing drinks.
Located on the second floor of Times Square Building, The Reverie Boutique’s luxurious offerings are all beautifully displayed in a custom made showcase cabinet by Italian furnishings brand IFI. Lavish golden boxes with a silky ribbon also turn any of these delicious treats into the perfect gift for any occasion.
Mr. James Young, Vice President Resources Planning and Development of WMC Group, which operates The Reverie Saigon, said The Reverie Boutique was the perfect concept to bring balance to all of the hotel’s dining offerings.
“Under Lucien’s inspired leadership, The Reverie Boutique is now the premier venue for the ultimate pastry experience, and continues The Reverie Saigon’s standards of culinary excellence,” he said.
Proving pastries can get even better, there are Afternoon Sweet Treat packages starting from 118,000++ for a choice of tea or coffee with a single portion cake or bakery item every day from 4.00pm to. 7.30pm, and a 40 percent discount on the purchase of any single portion cake or bakery item between 6.00pm and 7.30pm every day. Cake flavours include pineapple cheese cake, tiramisu, chocolate cake, berry mousse, lemon tart, caramel tart, and pistachio charlotte; while bakery items include chocolate croissant, almond croissant, chocolate muffin, brioche muffin, raisin muffin and donuts.
