VIETNAM HOUSE CELEBRATES 2ND ANNIVERSARY
WMC Group’s flagship restaurant, Vietnam House - the contemporary Vietnamese fine dining restaurant headed up internationally-renowned chef Luke Nguyen - is celebrating its 2nd anniversary.
From 23 to 27 July, the restaurant will be hosting a special anniversary set dinner menu featuring four courses of Vietnam-inspired culinary creations. This incredible dining experience is priced at just VND1,488,000++ per person, including one Vietnam House birthday cocktail.
The signature flavours and elegant presentation of the cuisine at Vietnam House will be on show for the occasion. Dishes will include: Ha Long Squid Mousse (Deep-fried fresh squid mousse served with dill, spring onion, water cress and plum sauce); French chicken soup with ginseng (French-style half chicken simmered with ginseng, black garlic, lotus seeds, shitake mushroom and chicken broth); Chargrilled Kurobuta Pork (Kurobuta pork rack marinated with wild pepper, purple kohlrabi puree, and pickled vegetables served with dark soya sweet and sour sauce); and Black Sesame Flan (Black sesame mousse, soya bean, caramel, and tropical fruit).
Chef Luke paid tribute to his team for maintaining the standard of excellence diners had come to expect at the restaurant. “We have stayed focused on our vision and we have been able to keep executing at the highest level,” Chef Luke said.
Mr Kai Speth, WMC Group Vice President Operations and Business Performance, said the restaurant’s goal of being a ‘must-do’ dining destination had continued in its second year. “Ho Chi Minh City has an intensely competitive restaurant market, and to still be at the very top is a tremendous achievement,” he said.
Vietnam House is located in a restored colonial building on the corner of Dong Khoi and Mac Thi Buoi in the heart of the city, which once housed the famed Café L’Imperial in the early 1900s and was a popular destination for the city’s affluent business class.
The Vietnam House anniversary dinner is for a minimum of two people per booking. Seats are limited, so advance booking is recommended.
Vietnam House is managed by Windsor Property Management Group Corporation (WMC Group). Incorporated in 2007, WMC Group is a hospitality and property services management company headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City. The company's diverse management portfolio
includes premier hotels, serviced apartments, restaurants in the central business district, grade-A offices and commercial shopping centres.
