HONGKONG LAND APPOINTS COTECCONS AS THE MAIN CONTRACTOR FOR THE MARQ
Hongkong Land announced the appointment of Coteccons as the main contractor for its latest luxury residential development, The Marq. “The Marq continues to represent our trademark quality being implemented in the Vietnamese property market,” said Robert Wong, chief executive of Hongkong Land. “We have decided to bring not only luxury branded materials, equipment and appliances to The Marq but also the highest quality of construction work, conducted by one of the most reputable main contractors in Vietnam. It also demonstrates that we are building not just luxury condominiums, but also inspired living spaces, introducing an unparalleled elegance, style and grandeur to our discerning customers.”
Within 15 years of working experience in construction industry, Coteccons has built an impressive track record, from commercial complex to luxury residential project. Addressing the signing ceremony, Tran Quang Quan, deputy general director of Coteccons, said that it was a great honour for them to enter into this strategic cooperation with a regionally renowned developer like Hongkong Land.

VIETNAM GETS US$2.64 BILLION FROM SEAFOOD EXPORTS IN Q1
Vietnam’s seafood sector booked around US$927 million in export revenue in March, bringing the total in the first quarter of this year to US$2.64 billion, showed data from the Vietnam Association of Seafood Exporters and Producers (VASEP).
